· Filling the spice form- Once your company name is approved, it will be reserved for a period of 20 days. You need to fill the spice form for the final incorporation within that time period. You will be required to submit the supporting documents like Address proof of the office and declaration from directors along with incorporation documents like Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, declaration of directors/professional, etc.
· Opening of bank account
The final step is to open a current bank account under the name of the company. This will be done after you get the certificate of incorporation.
